Sitz requesting deferral of <br />assessment due to total disability. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilme~ber Reimann to approve <br />Mr. Bernard Sitz' request for a deferral of assessment in Sealcoating Project <br />#85-11 due to disability. <br /> <br />Further DiScussions City Engineer Raatikka stated that he has met with Mr. <br />Sitz and verified that Mr. Sits' request is valid. <br /> <br />Motion omrried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No.- None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heib~an to request that the <br />City Engineer review 149th Avenue, west of Ramsey Blvd., and indicate <br />appropriate action and cost relating to elevating the road. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Co~cil~mber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilwember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #85-183 adopting the assessments for Pineview Estates, <br />sealcoatin9 Project 985-11.
