PRO(~EDINGS OF CITY (DUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA (DUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, September 17, <br />1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding assessments for Jaspar Street ~ Area, Project #85-4. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilme~ber A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie COx <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Director of Technical Services Clayton Berg <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />Mayor Heit~an called the public hearing to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Lowe - 7120 161st Lane Nw - Inquired as to when the assessment could be <br />paid. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg replied that the property owner has 30 days frcm the date of <br />assessment adoption to pay the assessment with no penalty; after that 30 days <br />the property owner has until November 15 to pay the assessment with a daily <br />interest c~arge commencing from the day the assessments were adopted. <br /> <br />There was no further citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Co~cilmember Cox and seconded by Councilme~ber Reimann to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />Reiman~ a/%d Schlueter.
