Stated that the building <br />permit should have required soil borings be taken frc~ deeper than 2 '-3'. <br /> <br />Mayor Hei~an stated that the only viable alternative is to proceed to petition <br />for permanent solution to the problem. <br /> <br />Mrs. Peterson inquired as to what can be done during the winter months when the <br />water cannot be pu~ped; will the City or Gounty help? <br /> <br />Mr. Berg replied that the City and County will probably not help; there are a <br />lot of people in this same situation; there is not enough money, eguii~ent and <br />personnel to take care of all the water problems. As for what to do in the <br />winter months, keep p~ping.
