d) Chief of Police- <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />e) Cit_v Enaineer_- <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />f) City ~inistrator - <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that he attended and testified at the State Board of <br />~ualization regarding those certain properties in Rawsey that received a 10% <br />reduction in property value at Ramsey's Board of Review; the Board of <br />~qualization will have a reply by Nov~ber 15. Mr. Schnelle stated that Ramsey <br />should also meet with the Governor as he should be aware that in this case one <br />level of government was circumvented. Mr. Schnelle stated that he would <br />arrange for a meeting with the Governor. _ _ ~ o~.~j <br />Council~ember Cox stated that he'met w~ith ~o~nty Cc~missioner Haas and County <br />Attorney Bob Johnson and they indicated their dissatisfaction with the manner <br />in which this case was handled. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the County should provide Ramsey a schedule of when <br />landfill issues are to be discussed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to request that the <br />County provide Ramsey with a schedule identifying dates and times for landfill <br />discussions at the County level. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 'Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />QOUNCILQbD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: ]~ <br /> <br />Council noted Enclosure D2-a containing certain documents regarding the issue <br />of Director of Technical Services Clayton Berg and Deputy Clerk Sheila Beyer <br />conducting private business while on duty at City Hall. <br /> <br />Council also noted letter dated September 24, 1985 fr(~ Finance Officer Graczyk <br />to City Council regarding Council's request to review termination payment <br />methods. <br /> <br />Case #2: Rum River Hills Regardin9 Changes In Drainage:. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Dom was present and stated that the develoI~ent agreerent currently <br />states that the developer's will accomplish whatever the City de,rs necessary <br />for proper drainage.
