Mayor Heitman stated that asking Mr. Ippel <br />questions is not a public forur; that he wants to receive those angers in a <br />public for~ and not cr~ reviewing the concerns into 5 minutes. Mr. Ippel <br />inquired if Council would be taking action on that plan on November 20.
