PROCEEDINGS OF CITY GOUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA GOUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, September 24, <br />1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding use of Revenue Sharing funds. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilwember Arnie Cox <br />Council~ber Jean Schlueter <br />Co.uncilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilm~mber Gary Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />Mayor Hei~an called the public hearing to order at 7:43 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that at the previous public hearing there was no oral or <br />written input suk~itted by the citizens with respect to use of Revenue Sharing <br />funds; the Budget Committee has made some recommendations for the use of those <br />funds. <br /> <br />Motion by Council~ber COx and seconded by Councilmerber Schlueter to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilme~bers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
