DiScussion Of Cit_v Code Pertainina To Accessory Structure~ <br /> <br />Council noted introduction of proposed ordinance amending those portions of the <br />Zoning Ordinance regulating the size and construction of accessory structures. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~rber Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to set a public <br />hearing date of December 12, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. regarding the proposed ordinance <br />amending those portions of the Zoning Ordinance regulating the size and <br />construction of accessory structures; further, to direct City Staff to <br />appropriately advertise said hearing. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Goodrich stated that Staff will send a cover letter <br />and a copy of the proposed ordinance amendment to the Board of Adjustment <br />variance requests currently on a hold status. <br /> <br />Motion carried. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #85-212). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Raatikka stated that after providing another 27' of <br />right-of-way for Cty. Rd. #116, Lot 1, Block 1 no longer meets the 1 acre size <br />requirement. <br /> <br />Councilwe~bers Coxand Reimann amended the motion to include granting a <br />variance to Ordinance #170.0111 for the final plat of Holms Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
