City Administrator Ulrich concurred and recommended adopting an interim policy at this time <br />and then have the Public Works Committee create a more complete and formal policy. <br />Councilmember Kuzma stated support for staff's suggestion. <br />City Administrator Ulrich advised that two additional properties would be offered the same <br />discount. <br />Councilmember Johns thanked staff for addressing this issue under such a short timeframe. <br />3.
