It should be emphasized that the special assessment <br />method and pglicies sun n arized herein cannot be considered as all-inclusive and. that <br />unusual circumstances may at times justify special considerations. <br />Unit (Lo <br />lliit is a parchi or lot in anarea. that cannot be further' subdivided, i.e., is a singly family . <br />It 4.Zone the standard m nirmim lot is ,8O' x 130'.
