11 <br />Methods of <br />essment <br />The City Cons rcil has approved two (2) methods (Unit &Front Footage) of assessing <br />roadway reco} trtact on projects. It should be emphasized that the spacial assessment • <br />method and p summarized herein cannot be considered as alFinclusive and. that <br />unusual circumstances Stances may at times justify special considerations. <br />Unit (Lot' <br />Unit is a parc.€ or lot in an area that cannot be ftr#heL subdivided, i.Q,, in a. single family <br />R-4.Zone the standard minimum lot is 805 x 130'.
