PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> FOBLI C HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA O0UNTY <br /> S~I~TE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />~he Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, December 17, <br />1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding the Five Year Long Tem Financial Plan. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmenber Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilme~ber A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator/City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the public hearing to order at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Graczyk stated that the Five Year Long Term Financial Plan is <br />not yet ready for review and suggested that Council continue the public hearing <br />to the Council meeting scheduled for January 14, 1986. Mr. Graczyk stated that <br />he will review the Long Term Plan with the Budget Committee prior to January <br />14, 1986. <br /> <br />Councilmenber Cox stated that Council should be provided with copies of the <br />Long Tem Pla]l prior to the public hearing. <br /> <br />9here was no further citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber Cox and seconded by Councilmenber Schlueter to adjourn <br />and eontinue the hearing to January 14, 1986. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilm~ber Schlueter inquired if copies of the plan <br />will be available for public review.
