PROCEEDINGS OF CITY OOUNCIL <br /> FdBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANCKA O0UNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />~he Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, December 17, <br />1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding proposal for a commercial facilities development project; cas of <br />Food-n-Fuel. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilm~mber Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator/City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Kathy Cassisdy <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the public hearing to order at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Greg Johnson could not be present. Ms. Norris <br />stated that Council gave preliminary approval in March to Food 'n' Fuel for <br />$300,000 in industrial revenue bonds. Mr. Johnson is amending is request to <br />$350,000 and State statute requires another public hearing to do so. <br /> <br />~here was no further citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
