PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF PinEY <br /> ANOKA G0[3NTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESO~I~ <br /> <br />~he Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Monday, December 30, <br />1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Pamsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilm~mber Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilm~r Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Gary Reimann called the special Council meeting to order at 6:18 <br />p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CG]NCIL BUEINESM <br /> <br />Adoption Of R~solution For Issuance And Sal~..Q~ G~nera3 <br /> ~].~aa~ion q~a~ Incr~m~n~ ~nds R~la~ing ~ ~&S ~velo~nt <br /> ~v/~ur~ill'Es~ A~r~nt Progec~ <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the subject resolution will authorize the City to sell <br />General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds for site improvements for the M&S <br />(hurchill Estates Apartment Project. Ms. Norris'stated that the reason for <br />calling this special meeting to adopt the resolution is because pending Federal <br />legislation may eliminate tax exempt tax increment bonds in 1986. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Reimann inquired if related administrative costs will be <br />reimbursed to the City. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris replied that the City will be reimbursed through proceeds of the <br />bond sale and added that engineering costs for the specs will be included in <br />those administrative costs. <br /> <br />Councilme~er Sorteberg noted that in October of 1985 Council authorized the <br />site improvements for $80,000 and the proposed resolution is for $100,000.00 <br /> <br />December 30, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
