Councilmember Cox <br />replied that the frost should be out of the ground and sign materials will not <br />have to be damaged during removal. Councilmember Cox added that the signed <br />served it's purpose excellently in that it brought information to the public <br />and whoever placed the sign did Ramsey a great service. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting NO: None. <br /> <br />~ Purchase_Of=Land_Fo!__E~ss And InQLess=.To_Landfill:Slid'_3~ng_Area~ <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman read a letter received from Suzan Beale dated January 8, 1985 <br />regarding sale of land for access to landfill sliding area. ~he subject <br />letter states that the Beale's are not interested in selling that property but <br />are willing to allow it to be used for access to the sliding area with two <br />stipulations: 1) Property owner is provided with a waiver of legal liability <br />for injuries and 2) Property will be used exclusively for access to the <br />sliding area. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that now is the time to pursue this sliding area and <br />access rights to it.
