Councilmember Reimann stated that past Council minutes relfect that the issue <br />of Comp Time should be reviewed by the Personnel Committee appointed in 1985. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the agenda wi th the following addition: <br /> <br />Case #9 - Authorization For Personnel Committee To Review Comp Time <br /> Issue <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Schlueter, <br />Reimann, Cox and Sorteberg. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROUAL 13F~ CIT~__ COUNCIL_ MEETING_ MIN/3TES <br /> <br />1. Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to approve public hearing meeting minutes dated December 11, 1984 regarding <br />the City's Long Term Financial Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter. <br />Voting No: None. Abstain: Mayor Heitman and Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Council Secretary stated that she has checked with the League of Cities and <br />was informed that non-attendance at a particular meeting does not prohibit a <br />Council or Commission member from voting to approve the minutes of that <br />particular meeting. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that any member of Council can vote on any issue <br />at any time. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman changed his abstention on the previous motion to a Yes vote. <br /> <br />2. Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated December 11, <br />1984 regarding Mr. Terry Hendriksen's variance request. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmedmbers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Abstain: Counmcilmember COx. <br /> <br />3. Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />appprove Board and Adjustment meeting minutes dated December 11, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />4. Councilmember Cox noted that on Page 17 of the December 11, 1984 Council <br />minutes, a motion was made by Councilmember Sorteberg requesting that the <br />County deed back excess property for the Rum River Bridge right-of-ways to the <br />property owner; a vote on thismotion is not recorded in the minutes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox noted a correction on Page 17, Paragraph 9, 3rd Line - <br />Change the word 'quarter' to 'corridor'. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox referred to the 8th Paragraph, Page 17, in which a time frame is <br />indicated regarding the capacity at the landfill being reached; Councilmember <br /> January %f1985 <br /> Page ~ 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
