(Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #85-53). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Schlueter and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council consensus is that improvements to Azurite Street NW and County Road #5 <br />will be approved when it is known what County/City cost participation will be. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the special Council meeting back to order at 9:25 p.m. <br /> <br />C. The Status Of Thurston .qtreet.NW-- <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that he has met with Anoka regarding the <br />extension of Tnurston Street and their consultant is looking at a bridge <br />crossover at the railroad tracks. The extension will cross Cty. Rd. 116 and <br />extend through Ramsey up to Cty. Rd. 95. <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the proposed <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #85-54 directing Staff to study the intersection of County Road #5, <br />State Highway #47 and Dysprosium Street NW. (Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution #85-54). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
