Mayor Heitman stated that <br />the reason there is a vacancy to be filled on the Committee is that Mr. John <br />Lichter declined his appointment. Mayor Heitman stated that he has another <br />individual in mind for this appointment. Councilmember Cox noted that there <br />is a motion on the floor. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
