Mr. DeLuca stated that as one m~mber of the <br />Landfill Committee, he does not object to the City use of landfill money for <br />park development but a limit should be placed on the amount that can be spent <br />in order for that principal amount to maintain growth. Councilma~ber Schlueter <br />inquired as to Council's last decision made regarding bleachers at Central Park <br />as this motion would also delay action regarding bleachers. Mr. Schnelle <br />replied that Council did adopt a Long Term Financial Plan and 1985 Operational <br />Budget which propose to transfer money from the Landfill Trust Fund to Parks <br />for bleachers and lighting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
