$15,000,000 shopping center to be built on the Cutter's property in Anoka, <br />which will really ignite development along Hwy. 10 and Ramsey Council may want <br />to consider the use of tax increment financing to redevelop that area. <br /> <br />Case ~3 Change_ Order_ For Municipal P~mp House: <br /> <br />Mr. McLauglin stated that the blacktop and curbing only stubs into that area <br />where the pump house is located and requested that Council approve a change <br />order to extend that blacktop and curbing across the total front of the pump <br />house and the developer will plant trees to finish off that property nicely. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle read the proposed resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution 985-88 for Change Order 92 for Project 984-18- for the extension <br />of curbing and blacktop in front of the Municipal Pump House, at a cost not to <br />exceed $3,000.00. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution 985-88). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg. COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adourn <br />this special meeting of the Ramsey City Council- <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
