on Sunfish Lake Blvd. provided that the sign names Ramsey, rather than Anoka, <br />as the city. Further, to put a one year stipulation on the sign. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />D. Requ_ est For Metes And. Bounds Subdivision; Case Of Ms. Lorraine Stone: <br /> <br />Ms. Stone was present and stated that she is not totally prepared to address <br />this case as it was her understanding that the City would review the property <br />to determine whether or not the lot resulting from the subdivision would be <br />considered buildable. Ms. Stone stated that her neice is a realtor and took <br />some elevations on the property. <br /> <br />Councilm~mber Cox stated that he was also under the impression that the City <br />Building Inspector was going to review the property. <br /> <br />Mr. S~hnelle stated that the City does not make it a practice to do those kinds <br />of things. Mr. Schnelle also noted that the City does not allow metes and <br />bounds subdivisions unless there is a proven hardship. <br /> <br />Ms. Stone stated that she thought a lot was buildable if 25% of the plat was 6' <br />above the water level. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that what Ms. Stone is referring is in regards to rural <br />areas based on 2-1/2 acre lot sizes; there are also setback and side yard <br />setbacks to be followed. <br /> <br />Council consensus is to table this case until Ms. Stone can provide Council <br />with more information regarding the buildability of the lot resulting from the <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 10:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the Council meeting back to order at 10:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #7: Tax Increment Financing: <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution 985-91 setting July 9, 1985 as the date for a public hearing on the <br />City's tax increment plan. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution 985- <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~8: <br /> <br />Requ_est To Move A Dwelling To The Cit_v Of Ramsey: Case of Mr, <br /> Frank Schweder: <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Schweder were present and there was no citizen input regarding Mr. <br />Schweder's request to move a dwelling into Ramsey. <br /> May 28, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 22 of 31 <br /> <br /> <br />
