Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recommended approval of the subdivision as it separates the property at a <br />natural boundary created by State Highway #47. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />Mr. and Mrs. William Loucks' request for a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember COx stated the basis for this metes and <br />bounds subdivision is that the highway has already created a parcel split. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Planning and Zoning recommends approval of the revised metes and <br />bounds subdivision providedbothparcels share a common access to County <br />Road #5. <br /> <br />Councilmember COx stated that there should also be an east/west easement <br />provided for future access. <br /> <br />Motion bycouncilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve Mr. Joel Thomsen's request for a metes and bounds subdivision <br />contingent upon a 66 foot easement being provided along the southern <br />boundary of the 3 acre parcel and that homes constructed on the parcels <br />will utilize that easement as a oommon access to County Road #5. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox asked Mr. Thomsen if he had any <br />questions and Mr. Thomsen replied that he did not. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
