CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion byCouncilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the following items contained in the Consent Agenda with <br />corrections as noted: <br /> <br />1) City Council meeting minutes- <br /> <br />a) Regular meeting minutes dated December 16, 1986. <br /> <br />Page 7 - 1st Paragraph - 3rd Line - Change to read as follows: <br />'required no brick facade.' 3..~.~ <br /> <br />b) Special meeting minutes dated January 6, 1987. <br /> <br />Page 5 - 1st Paragraph - 2nd Line - Change to read as follows: <br />'DeLuca. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Pearson.' <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca noted that the January 5, 1987 EDC minutes <br />need correction as they say Chairman Greenberg called the <br />' council ' meeting to order. <br /> <br />Page 4 - 8th Paragraph - Should read as follows: 'Mr. Charles <br />LaDue - 6716 158th Avenue NW - Stated that 90% of the time he <br /> <br />disagrees with Mr. Deemer, but in the years he has served with Mr. <br />Deemer, he has not found anyone on the Commission, past or <br />present, that is more knowledgeable, better prepared or dedicated <br />to service as a commissioner than Mr. Deemer.' -S~7 <br /> <br />Page 5 - llth Paragraph - Change to read as follows: 'Mr. Ken <br />Peterson inquired if City Council has the courage to state before <br />the public and for the record, their reasons for not reappointing <br />Mr. Deemer to the Planning Commission.' 3~ ~7 <br /> <br />Counciln~ber Cox inquired if staff has drafted a letter, per <br />January 6 Council minutes, to N.W. Bell regarding inadequacies in <br />the Anoka area phone book with respect to Ramsey. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he is in the process of drafting the <br />letter. <br /> <br />Councilmember COx stated that he can provide Mr. Hartley with an <br />accurate listing of the inadequacies. <br /> <br />2) Note Board and Commission meeting minutes: <br /> <br />a) Planning and Zoning Commission special meeting minutes dated <br />December 16, 1986. <br />b) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing meeting minutes <br />dated January 6, 1987 regarding Mr. Paul Bertils' request for <br />preliminary plat approval. <br />c) Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting minutes dated <br />January 6, 1987. <br /> <br />Page 5 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
