councilm~ber $orteberg doubted that the City could require an easement for <br />future roadway if the subdivision meets City Code. Councilm~nber Sorteberg <br />stated that he would agreeable to Mr. Barthold approaching Council for <br />final plat approval with the new configuration. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Cuncilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn the regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
