Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by CounCilmember DeLuca to approve <br />the following items contained in the Consent A~enda: <br /> <br />1) City Council meeting minutes <br /> <br />a) Public hearing meeting minutes dated February 17, 1987 regarding <br /> Itasca Heights street improvements. <br /> <br />b) Special meeting minutes dated February 17, 1987. <br /> <br />c) Joint Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes <br /> dated February 17, 1987. <br /> <br />d) Regular meeting minutes dated February 24, 1987 with the following <br /> corrections: <br /> <br />Page 6 - 10th paragraph - Item 5 - Change to read as follows: 'The <br />development of parks and recreational facilities, including a YMCA, <br />in l~mmsey must continue to meet the needs of our citizens. <br />However, the development of these parks must recognize the <br />different level of services required in urban areas vs. rural <br />areas. ~o~.¥r; .~ <br /> <br />Page 7 - 6th paragraph - 2nd sentence - Change to read as follows: <br />'There is a joint fire department serving Ramsey that is costing <br />over $60,000/year; it is an excellent fire department but there is <br />a problem with response time.
