PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 1987 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember A1Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Public Works Superintendent Merle Mevissen <br /> <br />CALL TO QI~DER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special City Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN IN~UT <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio - Stated that he is requesting a conditional use permit to <br />grade that area of the proposed P.U.D. development located on the south <br />side of 149th Avenue NW, west of Cry. Rd. #56; he was under the impression <br />that the request would be on tonight's Council agenda. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to add Mr. Raudio's request to the agenda. <br /> <br />APPROVAL.O~ AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For A Conditional Use Permit To Grade; Case Of Mr. <br /> Art Raudio. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Discussion Regarding Complaints Of Outside Storage <br />Violations In The Gateway North Industrial <br /> <br />Discussion Regarding Level Of Law Enforcement At The <br />Hwy. #10 Weigh Station. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
