Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br /> Case #I.B: Discussion regrading L&G Rehbein's conditional use permit <br /> to grade and excavate. <br /> <br /> Case #2.B: Approve set-up license for Party House. <br /> <br /> Case ~14: Adopt resolution declaring Outlot B, Countryside Estates <br /> to be buildable. <br /> <br /> Case #15: Request for extension of platting of Stanhope River Hills. <br /> Case #16~ Discussion regarding County Regional Park. <br /> Case #17: Council input on tax forfeited land. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca inquired as to the status of repairs to the community <br />sign. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley replied that the sign is repaired and service connections have <br />to be made by Anoka Electric. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />approve the following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1) Approve City Council meeting minutes - <br /> <br /> a) Public hearing meeting minutes dated April 14, 1987 regarding <br /> proposed Street Improvement Project #87-20 for 167th Avenue NW <br /> between CSAH No. 5 and Jaspar Street NW. <br /> <br /> b) Special meeting minutes dated April 14, 1987. <br /> <br /> c) Joint Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes <br /> dated April 14, 1987. <br /> <br /> d) Regular meeting minutes dated April 28, 1987. <br /> <br /> e) Special meeting minutes dated May 5, 1987 with the following <br /> corrections: <br /> <br /> Page 2 - 12th paragraph - 2nd line - Change "Parik" to "Park". ~ <br /> <br /> Page 3 - 7th paragraph - 1st line - Change "prceeded" to <br /> "proceeded".
