PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, August <br />11, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding modifications to Development District No. 1 and <br />establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 4. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mayor Gary Reimann <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Secretary <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Cox called the public hearing to order at 8:05 p.m. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the purpose of this hearing is to receive comments <br />regarding modifications to Development District No. 1 and the establishment <br />of Tax Increment Financing District No. 4 in order to be able to collect <br />tax increment from the growth and valuation that would result from sewer, <br />water and MSA road improvements to properties lying on the south side of <br />Hwy. #10. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOUP~IHEN~ <br /> <br />Motion by Coun¢ilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Cox, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> David Hartley <br /> City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
