PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 1987, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gary Reimann <br /> Councilmember Al Sorteberg <br /> Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator David Hartley <br /> City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br /> City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Keith Sauer - 16045 Ironstone Street NW - Inquired as to how he could obtain <br />minutes of meetings in which airport zoning issues haVe been discussed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox responded that Mr. Sauer could obtain copies of all minutes at <br />City Hall at any time. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann asked if anyone else present wished to make comments. No one <br />responded. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve the <br />agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case #1.A <br /> <br />Case #2.A <br />Case ~3.A <br />Case #4.A <br />Case #5.A <br />Case #9.A <br /> <br />Adopt Assessment Rolls for Improvement Projects #86-17, #86-18, <br />and #86-21. <br /> <br />Discussion of Proposed Closing of Puma Street <br /> <br />Further Discussion of Airport Zoning. <br /> <br />Discussion and Establishment of Council Salaries for 1989. <br /> <br />Hear Request for Use of City Hall - Mrs. Kimbler. <br /> <br />Consider Change Order for River's Bend Plaza Site Improvements. <br /> <br />City Council/August 25, 1987 <br /> Page 3 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
