GLOSSARY <br />RALF <br />Right of Way Acquisition Loan Fund <br />A revolving loan fund program established by the Minnesota <br />Legislature in 1982 to acquire undeveloped property located <br />within an officially -mapped metropolitan highway right-of-way <br />that is threatened by development. <br />An intersection that prohibits left -turn and through movements <br />from side street approaches.
