Waive assessment MSA Street and street $17,900, <br /> lighting. Construct street entrance to property $ 1,950 <br /> south of MSA street. <br /> <br />of Estimated Benefits: <br /> <br />$52,560 <br /> <br />*Does not include cost of right-of-way. <br /> <br />The above benefits are proposed in lieu of a cash payment for all the <br />right-of-way and easements required to install sewer, water, streets <br />and storm sewer on the Hamilton and Holasek property located south of <br />Highway No. 10 in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />City Appraiser's total appraised value <br />of acquisition: <br /> <br />$56,430** <br /> <br />**Adjusted for adjacent property to the east subject to Holasek/ <br />Hamilton acquiring marketable title to adjacent property from Hanson/ <br />Swagger which property is presently the subject of a pending <br />lawsuit between these parties. <br /> <br /> <br />
