A Public Accuracy Test is performed prior to each election. The AccuVotes (vote counters) are tested and the public is invited to witness the testing. Pre - marked test ballots are fed into the AccuVotes and the printed results are then compared to the pre- determined test dec totals for accuracy. Staff has scheduled the Public Accuracy Test for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 29, in the area adjacent to the Mississippi River Room on second floor. All 8 machines have been pre- tested, including a test modem in to the County, and three of the 8 will be tested again for the public testing. Precinct Head Judges come in to assist with the testing. Council Update Ramsey Heart Safe Training. As part of the Annual Employee Appreciation Day, Tim Hoffman was invited to speak to City employees about the Heart Safe Ramsey program. Mr. Hoffman spoke about his personal experience with Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) and how his co- worker saved his
