ADOPT ORDINANCE TO VACATE EASEMENTS IN <br />TRANBY TERRACE 2~r~ ADDITION; <br /> CASE OF ROBERT LETENDRE <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik, Community Development Director <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council recently approv, ed the plat of Letendre Addition. Letendre Addition is a replat <br />of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition into 3 rural single family lots. Each of the <br />2 pre-existing lots in Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition contained the standard drainage and utility <br />easements around the perimeter. Also, Lot 3 of Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition contained a 33 foot <br />wide drainage and utility easement along the north boundary to apparently preserve a corridor in <br />the event 171st Avenue were extended to the west side of Tiger Street.
