CASE #: ~ <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> ADOPTION OF THE FINAL HIGHWAY 10 <br /> ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR). <br /> CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Planner Patrick Trudgeon, AICP, Assistant Community Development Director <br /> Brian Olson, P.E., Assistant Public Works Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On September 23, 2004 the City Council authorized the release of draft Highway 10 <br />Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR). The release of the Draft AUAR triggered <br />a 30-day review period that ended on November 12, 2004. Under the AUAR process, the <br />City must respond to all comments and send out these responses to agencies and persons <br />making the comments. These responses were received by the appropriate <br />persons/agencies on January 12, 2004. Persons and agencies then have 10 business days <br />to object to the City's responses. This 10-day period ended on January 23, 2004. The <br />City received no objections to it's responses. <br /> <br />The following items are provided for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />Final Hwy. 10 AUAR Document <br />Resolution Adopting the Final Hwy. 10 AUAR <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Included with the case is the final AUAR document for your review.
