WHERAS, the 10-day period for the City to receive objections to the responses gathered <br />from the Draft AUAR as stated in Chapter 4410.3610 (5) (D) of Minnesota Rules expired on <br />January 22, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received no objections within the 1 O-day period. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City hereby authorizes the adoption of the final AUAR and the mitigation plan as <br />contained in the final AUAR document for the Highway 10 corridor in accordance Chapter <br />4410.3610 (5) of Minnesota Rules, hereinto incorporated as part of this document. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27th day of January, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION/104-01- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
