Street lights - Councilmember Elvig inquired if this is a fund to which Ms. Lund replied it's an <br />enterprise fund. You have to take in enough to pay for the light and installation. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />recommend Council adopt the resolution adopting the 2004 schedule of rates, fees and charges, <br />with late charge, event fees increased, park dedication fees increased, and water fees increased <br />and that future amendments may be made pertinent to application fees. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Elvig, Strommen and Zimmerman.
