As was mentioned at the meeting, this is the opportune time for the City of <br />Ramsey to guide decisions and policies for the overall project. <br /> <br />We understand that your most pressing issue is the Park-& Ride facility and that this is <br />what you would like addressed immediately. We can provide you with the expertise to <br />determine the ultimate build out of the deck along with what type of improvements <br />(structurally) that need to be made during the first phase of construction. But, certain <br />information needs to be understood prior to making a determination on sizing and <br />design of the Park & Ride facility. Parking and transit demand, and type of transit <br />service needs to be determined prior to being able to make a useful decision on the <br />Park & Ride facility. We are including these tasks as part of the scope of work. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Phase 1 - General Transit Demand Study <br />Purpose' Determine ultimate use of Park & Ride Facility <br /> <br />Tasks: <br /> <br />1. CirculatOr system for Ramsey Town Center <br />2. Local and Express service for the City of Ramsey <br />3. Short term transit opportunities <br />4. Long term transit opportunities <br />5. Multi-modal needs <br /> <br />Phase 2 - Parking Demand and Management Study- Ramsey Town Center <br />Purpose: Determine parking demand and supply, shared parking opportunities, and <br />allow the city to be proactive in ownership, management, siting and design of the <br />parking facilities. <br /> <br />Tasks: <br />1.
