Councilme~nber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 3D/I AND BKV GROUP PROPOSAL FOR SCHEMATIC DESIGN AND VISIONING FOR CITY HALL AND POLICE STATION AND AUTHORIZE AN INTER-FUND LOAN FROM THE EQUIPMENT REVOLVING FUND WItEREAS, a Space Needs Assessment has been completed for the City Hall Police Station project; and WHEREAS, preliminary planning, including the development of building schemes, h~as been completed; and WHEREAS, staff continues to work on the analysis for the financing of the City Hall and Police Station project and anticipates completion of that work no later than April of 2004; and WHEREAS, to provide for continued design work for the City Hall and Police Station project, staff has received a proposal from BKV Group and 3D/I for schematic design and visioning. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: 1) 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes proceeding with the proposal from 3D/I and BKV Group for Schematic Design and Visioning for City Hall and Police Station at a cost not to exceed $188,000. That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes the use of an inter-fund loan from the Equipment Revolving Fund to be reimbursed when the bonds are issued for the project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmernber , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of January 2004.
