City Administrator Ulrich stated these can be assessed as residents hook up. There are City <br /> Charter concerns and this issue will need further discussion. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Chairperson Backous, to direct staff to revise <br /> the draft Policy for further consideration at the October Public Works Committee meeting. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Backous, Councilmember Kuzma. Absent: <br /> Councilmember Riley. Voting No: None. <br /> 6.04: Update on Road Construction for Brookfield 4th Addition <br /> Public Works Superintendent Riemer reviewed the staff report and explained the work in <br /> progress. He said the soft spots will be cut out and repaved, and inspected again in the spring of <br /> 2015. <br /> Chairperson Backous will relay this information to the citizen that contacted him. <br /> City Administrator Ulrich relayed an issue via Mayor Strommen and the Ramsey Elementary <br /> PTO regarding the traffic at Ramsey Elementary. He indicated staff will price out flags to help <br /> direct traffic. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma asked if there have been complaints regarding ATVs on trails behind <br /> Itasca. They are not supposed to be on trails. He questioned if there are signs for this. <br /> Public Works Superintendent Riemer responded he will check for the signs. If there are none, he <br /> will make sure they are added. <br /> 7.
