City Engineer Westby explained that Parcel 6 has an existing temporary pond that could continue <br />to accept water with the interchange project. When needed to be moved, Ramsey would be <br />expected to provide ponding elsewhere and provide an easement to Anoka County. <br />Motion by Commissioner Riley, seconded by Commissioner Kuzma, to adopt Resolution #HRA- <br />14-10-219 Approving Sale of Permanent and Temporary Easements over Ramsey HRA Owned <br />Property. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson LeTourneau, Commissioners Riley, Kuzma, <br />Johns, Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Backous. <br />6. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />Asst. City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Brama reported staff is reviewing <br />Casey's site plan and that Purchase Agreement continues to move forward. He stated staff is <br />also developing a policy for sale of City -owned land that will address the terms of the Purchase <br />Agreement as well as process during the transition from the HRA to the EDA. <br />7. COMMISSIONER INPUT <br />None. <br />8.
