Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-10-228 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF O'SHAUGNESSY 2nd <br />ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, Tim O' Shaugnessy, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of O'SHAUGNESSY ADDITION on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, O'SHAUGNESSY ADDITION <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on September 9, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application for <br />sketch plan, final plat, and variance from the Applicant for a plat to be named 0' SHAUGNESSY <br />ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 9th, 2014 the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Applicant proceed to the final plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 28, 2014, the City Council reviewed the final plat. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to O'SHAUGNESSY 2nd <br />ADDITION in accordance with relevant codes and contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff Review File dated October 3, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
