Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-10-221 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON <br />LOT 12, BLOCK 1 SWEETBAY RIDGE <br />WHEREAS, Scott Wold, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for <br />vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility easement on the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 12, Block 1, Sweetbay Ridge, except road subject to easement of record, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on October 2, 2014, the City of Ramsey received a building permit application from <br />the Applicant for a single family home on the Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 14, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an Easement Vacation application <br />from the Applicant to allow for construction of the home in the proposed location. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property as <br />legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 28th day <br />of October, 2014. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
