Observations: <br /> <br />On February 27, 1991, Rarnsey Center Partnership applied for sketch plan review of River's Bend <br />3rd Addition. <br /> <br />On March 5, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended <br />proceeding to preliminary plat. <br /> <br />On May 17, 1991, the City of Ramsey received a revised sketch plan for River's Bend 3rd <br />Addition, which was at that time proposed to be renamed to River's Bend West, <br /> <br />On June zl, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the revised sketch plan. <br /> <br />On July 22, 1991, the City of Ramsey received another revision to the sketch plan. The plat was <br />also changed back to River's Bend 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />On August 6, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the revised sketch plan and <br />recommended proceeding to preliminary plat. <br /> <br />On September 9, 1991, the City of Ramsey received the developers proposal for preliminary plat <br />of River's Bend 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />If the Commission finds the plat acceptable, then they should recommend City Council approval of <br />the preliminary plat contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter, and possibly <br />requiring a landscaping plan to be subrdtw_.d with the request for £mal plat approval. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council approve/deny the proposed preliminary plat for River's <br />Bend 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated <br />September 12, 1991 and requiring a landscaping plan to be submitted at the time final plat <br />approval is requested. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />P&Z: 9/16/91 <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />DNR <br /> <br /> <br />
