PROPOSED ORDINANCE CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF TI-IE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1., AMENDMENT The following described property is hereby zoned to MR Multiple Resident/al: That part of Government Lot 4, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the Southwesterly line of the duly recorded plat of River's Bend, said Anoka County; and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, said Section 25, lying east of a line described'as beginning at a point on the South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 180.0 feet west of the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence north to temainate at a point on the South line of the North 547.11 feet, as measured at right angles, of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 190.00 feet west of the Southeast corner of said North 547.11 feet; lying westerly of "Line 1" to be hereafter described; and lying northerly of "Line 2" to be hereafter described. Said "Line 1" being described as commencing at a point on the Northerly line of 142nd Avenue N.W., being the same as "Line C" as shown on and described in the duly recorded plat of Rivers Bend Plaza 2nd Addition, said Anoka County, where the same intersects a tine 60.00 feet northeasterly of, as measured at right angles to, and parallel with the North6asterly line of said River's Bend Plaza 2nd Addition; thence North 21 degrees 12 minutes 12 seconds West along said parallel line, and the northwesterly extension thereof, for 935.26 feet to a point to be hereafter known as "Point A" for the purposes of this description, said "Point A" also being the actual Point of Beginning of "Line 1" to be hereby described; thence North 73 degrees 47 minutes 48 seconds East along said "Line 1" for 30.67 feet; thence North 20 degrees 05 minutes 58 seconds West along said "Line 1" for 243.87 feet; thence North 48 degrees 28 minutes 21 seconds East along said "Line 1" for 345.00 feet, more or less, to intersect with and terminate said "Line 1" at said SouthWesterly line of River's Bend. Said "Line 2" being described as beginning at the above described "Point A"; thence South 73 degrees 47 minutes 48 seconds West for 311.76 feet, more or less, to terminate said "Line 2" at said point on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 180.00 feet west of the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. The following described property is hereby zoned to R- 1 Urban Residential: All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the Southwesterly line of the duly recorded plat of River's, Bend, said Anoka County, and lying northeasterly of the following described "Line l"
