Lot 1, Block 1, HY -10 RAMSEY, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property ") <br />RESOLUTION #14 -08 -142 <br />1 1110 uniiiuuiivaim 1111 iMimi <br />Record ID 2928292 <br />2092734.002 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO INCREASE THE GROUND LEASE AREA ASSOCIATED WITH A WIRELESS <br />COMMUNICATIONS TOWER BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0931 ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14650 FERRET ST NW <br />WHEREAS, Faulk and Foster on behalf of Crown Castle International, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied for an amendment to a conditional use permit to <br />expand the leased area on the property generally known as 14650 Ferret St NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 7, 2014, conducted a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 117 -51 and recommended City Council approve the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0931, an amendment to a conditional use permit (the "Permit ") <br />to expand the leased area (the "Site ") is hereby granted to KRH Land, LLC, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Permittee." <br />2. All conditions in Resolution #96 -09 -272, attached as Exhibit A, shall apply and be <br />incorporated by reference, except those conditions amended by this Permit. <br />3. The development of the Site on the Subject Property shall be in accordance with the site <br />plan, prepared by the Applicant and dated April 22, 2013 and attached as Exhibit B. <br />4. The Permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the terms imposed herein are complied <br />with. <br />5. The chain link security fence shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the <br />drawing shown in Exhibit C to prevent unauthorized entry to the Site. <br />6. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits, including a Building Permit, prior to <br />commencing construction activities. <br />7. The Permittee assumes all responsibility for ensuring that the site operations do not <br />interfere with public safety telecommunications. <br />8. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing the Permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City <br />
