9.20.12 R-2 Residential District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate <br />multiple dwellings at a density of three (3) to seven (7) dwelling units per acre and <br />multiple dwelling complexes within the 2002 MUSA. All lots created by subdivision <br />located within the 2020 MUSA shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses <br /> <br />Multiple dwelling structures which include duplexes, twin_homes, <br />townhomes, and apartment buildings, containing no more than 10 <br />units. <br /> <br />AgriCulture, excluding' the raising of livestock, poultry, and fowl <br />within the MUSA boundary unless compliance with Ramsey City <br />Code Chapter 5 (Animals and Fowl) can be maintained. <br /> <br />c. State licensed group homes in accordance with State Statute. <br /> <br />d. Licensed home daycares in accordance with State Statute. <br /> <br />e. Home occupations as permitted by City Code Section 9. l 1.04. <br /> <br />f. Accessory Uses as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.02. <br /> <br />Subd. 3.
