Lighting. <br /> <br />Lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area, sign or <br />structure, shall be arranged to deflect light away from adjacent <br />residential districts or public streets. The purpose of this section is to encourage the <br /> development of' hiah-qualit,v, diverse multiple-dwelling structures in the <br /> City of Ramsev while permittin~ flexibility in the development process. <br />ii. General standards. State <br />hi~,hwavs, or MSA roads shall have rear-loaded garages. <br /> <br />There should not be more than a one-story difference between a <br /> <br />multiple-family building and structures, either on an adiacem lot or <br />l']ankina the opposite side of the street.
