9.20.13 R-3 Residential District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate <br />high-dens: ty residential housing at a density greater than seven (7) units per acre but not <br />to exceed fifteen (15) units per acre within the 2020 MUSA. All lots created by <br />subdivisidn located within the 2020 MUSA shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and <br />municipali water. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses <br /> <br /> a. Multiple-family dwelling units (excluding twinhomes and duplex <br /> units). <br /> <br /> b. Agriculture, excluding the raising of livestock, poultry, and fowl <br /> within the MUSA boundary unless compliance with Ramsey City <br /> Code Chapter 5 (Animals and Fowl) can be maintained. <br /> <br /> c. State licensed group homes in accordance with State Statute. <br /> d. Licensed home daycares in accordance with State Statute. <br /> e. Home occupations as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.04. <br /> f. Accessory Uses as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.02. <br /> <br />Subd. 3.
