Motion by CoOncilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #03- <br />12-341 authorizing staff to enter into benefit contracts with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta <br />Dental, and St~tndard Insurance for 2004. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Kurak, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #17: iCity Administrator's Performance Evaluation <br /> <br />The City Council met in a closed session to complete City Administrator James E. Norman's <br />performance appraisal. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) November 25, 2003 City Council Minutes' <br /> <br />CouncilmembCr Strommen stated that she wanted to clarify the language in the mi,n, utes <br />pertaining to ~ase #13. She explained that the language should be amended to read One <br />comment in the proposed letter is that the City of Ramsey be classified as a "developing area." <br /> <br />Motion by Cbuneilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to approve the <br />November 25, i2003 City Council meeting minutes as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried~. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Elvig, Strommen, Cook, <br />Kurak, Pearson, and Zimmerman.
