Letendre Addition is a replat of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Tranby Terrace 2na <br />Addition intO ihree rural single-family lots. Each of the two pre-existing lots in Tranby Terrace <br />2® Addition ebntained the standard drainage and utility easements around the perimeter. Also, <br />Lot 3 of Tran~ y Terrace 2~ Addition contained a 33 foot wide drainage and utility easement <br />along the north boundary to apparently preserve a corridor in the event 171st Avenue were <br />extended to tl~e west of Tiger Street.
