Jim Kreuser has a heated and air-conditioned accessory structure, which <br />allows him to work with the windows and doors closed at all times. He makes custom kitchen <br />(this does not include counter top production) and wood furniture and does not perform any <br />staining of the materials on the property,. Mr. Kreuser's property is 3 acres in size and is <br />surrounded by parcels that are similar in size.
